This weekend, Forest travel to the Bees in search of their third victory of the season. So far, they’ve won against Sheffield United and Chelsea, drawn with Burnley, and lost to Arsenal, Manchester United, and Manchester City.

Forest’s positive signs are beginning to emerge. They do appear to be a team this season, whereas the Reds appeared to be a disconnected, scared-to-death disaster at the start of last season.

Wright expects a Nottingham Forest victory over Brentford.

Forest is a favorite of the player who played for Arsenal in the 1990s. He played on loan for the club near the end of his career, scoring a hat-trick against Walsall.

On the most recent episode of Sky Sports’ The Overlap, Wright was questioned about the outcome of the result. He joined many other analysts in reviewing the weekend’s games.

Wright believes Forest’s home advantage will help them this weekend. He believes they will win and that Brentford will suffer their third consecutive defeat.

Steve Cooper Looks To Former Swansea City Star To Lead Nottingham Forest Escape From Relegation Battle - Dai Sport

“I’m going to go Forest at home, 3-1, I think 3-1 to Forest,” he stated on The Overlap. Actually, I’m going 2-1 to Forest.”

Against Brentford, Forest are searching for a winning formula.

Given the Reds’ poor start to the season, it’s difficult to be too critical. However, in the last City Ground match against Burnley, Forest struggled to establish a stranglehold on the game.

That is the task that Steve Cooper is currently facing. He has a fantastic group, possibly the best in many years, and a winning formula on home soil is what he must aim for.

Brentford will put Forest to the test. Thomas Frank’s team plays good football and will be trying to rebound after defeats to Everton and Newcastle.

This weekend, Forest must be prepared. Anything less than a stellar effort might cause the Reds to stumble, and Cooper will be praying that isn’t the case.
