Captain America, Fires Warning at AC Milan Ahead Of Chelsea Champions League clash

Tuesday night’s Champions League match between Chelsea and AC Milan will see the Blues attempt to advance far beyond Group E.
Ahead of Tuesday night’s Champions League match at the San Siro, Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic has issued a serious warning to AC Milan.
Ahead of their crucial Champions League match at the San Siro on Tuesday, Christian Pulisic, a star for Chelsea, has sent a warning sign to AC Milan.

Football.london understands that the American winger, who was eager to leave Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window, is now concentrating on squeezing into Graham Potter’s plans. Pulisic has begun to display some promising play following his goal and assist in his final two games for the Blues in the Premier League.

The 24-year-old moved from Borussia Dortmund to Chelsea for £54 million back in 2019, but under former managers Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel, he failed to reach his full potential. Pulisic will be hopeful that his performance and goal against Wolves over the weekend will put him in the running to start Tuesday night’s match against AC Milan.
Thierry Henry, a former player for Arsenal, recently criticized the American winger for his actions and demeanor while he was at the Blues. “How many managers are not going to trust you?” Henry asked. At some point, you will have to do it. So, figure something out.

“At some time, demonstrate to us what you’re capable of, and perhaps he’ll be ready for the World Cup and the US squad. However, how many supervisors will not put their trust in you? You’re going to have to step up at some point and demonstrate something.”

Therefore, until someone offers me a solution, all I can do is try to work with the players and the group, realizing that everyone is necessary. That much is obvious to me. Next, the challenge is to place the players on the field in positions that best fit them. Christian played a wonderful job tonight [against the Wolves], being able to approach the backline and finish with a goal from a high, wide left position.”

AC Milan has been forewarned by the star of the U.S. Men’s National Team that they would face a formidable team on Tuesday. Pulisic will be looking to maintain his form until the 2022 World Cup. Pulisic stated on the official Chelsea website: “We have an incredible depth of players and a very strong team, guys that can arrive and perform admirably.

“Our guys put in a lot of effort and encourage one another daily in the gym. That can only benefit the group, as you may have observed when playing Wolves.”

On Saturday, Pulisic began before summer acquisition Raheem Sterling, but the England international is anticipated to be substituted for Pulisic for the matchup with the Serie A winners. Potter, who is trying to rotate his team through a demanding schedule of games, will be happy to see the American winger take chances when given first team opportunities.
