JUST IN: Journalist Over Reacted a Message Words To Auburn Tigers

Charles Barkley conveys a deeper message by using Auburn’s disappointment.

After his Auburn Tigers were defeated in the NCAA Tournament on Friday night, Charles Barkley displayed his signature comedy, but he soon went serious to convey a more profound sports message.

With a late comeback, the No. 13 Yale Bulldogs defeated No. 4 Auburn, 78-76. Host Ernie Johnson discussed the game later on March Madness: Road to the Final Four, a studio program.

Johnson remarked, “We need to talk about what happened with uh… one of our colleagues.”

“Well, we don’t need to discuss it,” Auburn All-American Barkley remarked.

Johnson said, “Oh, you know we’re going to, though.”

Barkley said, “Okay.”

Barkley put on a serious expression and gave Yale credit for rallying from a significant disadvantage.

“I have to give Yale credit; they battled back, and with seven minutes remaining, we were ahead by ten points. These kids made some really difficult shots, the man remarked.

“It is quite upsetting and disheartening to lose in the first round. A shout-out to the Bulldogs of Yale. Although I never believed a Bulldog could defeat a Tiger, they did. Yale deserves congratulations.

We’re all friends here, and we know how much Auburn blue and orange bleeds from you, so I know that one hurts for you, Chuckster,” Johnson remarked.

“The thing about this tournament that never disappoints is when you are a high seed and you are expected (to win) and you don’t play well,” Barkley stated. The same is true for Florida, which lost to Colorado on Friday in an upset.

When this competition begins, nothing matters. Consider this: Auburn was winning the SEC Championship and dominating the globe less than five days ago. Now, all of that hard work has come to an end. That is both the wonderful and the sad aspect of sports.

It’s a lengthy season that culminates with March Madness after all that summertime jogging and weightlifting. You receive a fantastic seed, and it ends very soon.

During a media conference call last week, Barkley expressed his excitement for the tournament to begin, stating, “It’s amazing.” Every year, something amazing occurs that makes you feel grateful to have been present to see it.

Even though the competition is just a few days old, Barkley has been busily cracking jokes and imparting life lessons. Barkley joked on Thursday’s program, saying, “You never cheat off of the dumbest kid in school,” in response to Johnson’s question on whether he had duplicated Kenny Smith’s notes. You should learn from that. If you’re going to steal from the intelligent children, just look at them.
