The Miami Dolphins have agreed to re-sign their star wide receiver, Tyreek Hill, to a restructured contract worth $90 million over the next three years, with $65 million guaranteed. Hill’s agent confirmed this deal to The Associated Press on Saturday.
Despite the restructured deal, Hill did not add any additional years to his contract.
His total guaranteed money over the four-year period is now $106.5 million, the highest for any wide receiver. Hill, 30, was originally set to earn $19.665 million in 2024 before this new agreement, which was negotiated by agents Drew and Jason Rosenhaus.
“I’m here to stay,” Hill announced on social media, reaffirming his commitment to the Dolphins.
The Dolphins have been actively securing their key players. Recently, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa signed a four-year, $212.4 million contract extension, which includes $167.1 million guaranteed and a $42 million signing bonus. Additionally, wide receiver Jaylen Waddle signed a three-year, $84.75 million contract extension through the 2028 season.
In 2023, Hill posted a career-high, NFL-leading, and franchise-record 1,799 receiving yards. He made history by becoming the first player to record over 1,700 receiving yards in multiple seasons. An eight-time Pro Bowl selection, Hill has amassed 717 catches for 10,139 yards with 76 touchdowns in 124 career games with the Kansas City Chiefs (2016-21) and the Dolphins.
