AC Milan will face Hellas Verona tomorrow, hoping to bounce back to winning ways after a draw against Newcastle. Stefano Pioli will make several XI changes due to the short timeline.
The Rossoneri defeated Newcastle on Tuesday and will be back in action tomorrow at San Siro against Verona. Four days later, they will go to Cagliari ahead of the huge game against Lazio next Saturday.
In sum, the timetable is constrained, and Pioli will plan appropriately. According to Daniele Longo, the manager may make eight changes to the starting lineup for tomorrow’s game. Alessandro Florenzi and Simon Kjaer could both start at the back, with the latter beginning on the left.
Rade Krunic, the midfielder, could finally receive some relaxation now that Pioli has tried Tijjani Reijnders in that position. Thus, Yunus Musah and Tommaso Ppobega would join the Dutchman, who came off the bench against Newcastle.
Noha Okafor could replace Olivier Giroud up front, while Christian Pulisic should reclaim his spot on the right flank.
