The Celtics are reportedly trying to move one veteran.
Over the previous few seasons, the Boston Celtics have remained one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have maintained the franchise’s primary components while adding the necessary centerpieces around them.
Last summer, the squad brought in Malcolm Brogdon in the hopes of upgrading the roster.
However, after only one season with the Boston Celtics, the team is reportedly looking for a trade for Brogdon, according to Legion Hoops on Twitter.
“I have heard some whispers that the [Celtics] are still trying to trade Malcolm Brogdon.”

Following one of his recent reports, NBA insider Adam Kaufman sparked the rumor.
Kaufman stated that he has heard rumors that the Celtics are interested in dealing the veteran guard.
In the 2022-23 season, Malcolm Brogdon averaged 14.9 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game.
He appeared in 67 games last season, making him a reliable role player.
Given that he is still 30 years old, he has a sizable market.
Any NBA title contender would love to have him on their team.
In the offseason, the Celtics completed a significant trade for Kristaps Porzingis.
The blockbuster transaction boosted the Celtics’ chances of winning the NBA Championship.
In the 2023 playoffs, Boston advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals.
However, they were defeated in seven games by the Miami Heat.
Given that the Celtics were down 3-0 in the series at one point, they definitely gave the fans hope by tying the series 3-3.
Can the Celtics break through next season? The only way to know is to wait and see.
