Ipswich Town now wants to sign premier league talent in January

Amad Diallo, a Southampton target, is on Ipswich Town’s wish list for the upcoming January transfer window.

The 21-year-old winger spent last season on loan with Sunderland in the Championship, where his performances drew attention. Diallo is currently out of action due to a preseason injury and is expected to return in January.

Russell Martin has a Southampton are interested in bringing him to St. Mary’s during the winter transfer window as part of their promotion bid.

Southampton’s fellow promotion rivals, Ipswich, are said to be interested in Manchester United winger Diallo as well.
Ipswich Town recently ended Tottenham Hotspur star Dane Scarlett’s loan stay at Portman Road, and with George Hirst out with a long-term injury, the club are looking for a forward.
It has been reported that the Tractor Boys have increased their quest for a forward, and Kieran McKenna, who worked with Diallo at Manchester United, believes the winger is a viable option.
Diallo is likely to want to ensure that he is a regular first-team player at the club.
