GOOD NEWS: NFL Confirm Another Man Highest Paid, After Contract Last Five Years

The head coach is now assured of staying in Kansas City until the end of the decade.

Chiefs Kingdom, Andy Reid will remain with the Kansas City Chiefs for at least another five years. On Monday, he extended his contract with the franchise until 2029.

Now he has officially become the highest paid coach in the NFL. Well deserved, by the way.

Chiefs chairman and CEO Clark Hunt told Andy Reid he wanted to make him the NFL’s highest-paid coach, and now he is, on a deal that runs through 2029, per sources.

The organisation’s president Mark Donovan and general manager Brett Veach also agreed new contracts with the team. Veach continues until 2029 along with the HC.

The trio has been working together since 2017 – and look at all they’ve achieved. From drafting Patrick Mahomes to turning the Chiefs into a dominant, three-time Super Bowl-winning team over seven years, they’ve established themselves as important people in KC’s history.
