Cleveland Browns: Just In Cleveland Browns Coach Announced 7 players On Training Camp Injury Lists

Cleveland Browns Announce Training Camp Injury List with Seven Players.

As the Cleveland Browns gear up for training camp at The Greenbrier resort in West Virginia starting Thursday, the team has addressed some injury-related matters by placing seven players on the injury lists.

Among these, cornerback Greg Newsome II’s inclusion was unexpected.

Newsome is dealing with a hamstring issue and has been placed on the active/non-football injury list, along with running back Nyheim Hines.

While Chubb, Wills, Conklin, and Hines were not active participants during the minicamp in June, the only slight surprise on the list is Tomlinson. The team has been optimistic about the recoveries of Chubb, Wills, and Conklin throughout the offseason. They are expected to return in the coming weeks or months, depending on the severity of their injuries.

Newsome’s situation, although less severe than the others, could still be significant. He was able to participate in the mandatory minicamp, but hamstring injuries can be unpredictable and may require more time for recovery than fans might anticipate. Fortunately, there is ample time for Newsome to recover before the season starts.

All seven players are counted toward the 90-man roster limit and can be activated at any point during training camp once they pass their physicals.
